1. Manjistha as a Hair Mask for Hair and Scalp Care
Important: Use Manjistha only together with other coloring herbs such as henna, cassia, indigo, or amla. When used alone, the shade may become uneven or patchy.
What you need for using manjistha for hair mask:

2–4 tbsp manjistha powder
A good rule of thumb is 1 part powder to 3 parts water -
hot water

a non-metal bowl (for example glass or ceramic bowl) and a non-metal spoon
Instructions using manjistha:

Mix the manjistha powder with hot water into a smooth paste.
The paste should remain thick, similar to yogurt or Greek yogurt consistency. -
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.

Apply the paste to clean hair and scalp. Cover the hair with plastic wrap and a warm towel.

Leave on for 15–30 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly with water. If needed, use a small amount of natural conditioner.
