How to use Methi (fenugreek) for hair and skin

For Hair:  Make Paste of this powder with water in ratio 1:3 to get paste like yogurt. Apply to your hair and wrap with bio plastic-bag and towel. Leave it on your hair for 1 hour. Wash your hair till the water runs clear. 

Tip: Apply fenugreek paste directly to the scalp or mixed with Greek yogurt for the added benefit of lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy exfoliant.Use 1-2 times weekly

Usage for skin mask: This face mask nourish and moisturize the skin by removing all the dryness. Use few tablespoon of methi powder with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply this pack on your face and rinse it off after 15 minutes.
