Return and Exchange
All items must be returned new and unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Skincare, cosmetics and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Please note that fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return, book your complimentary collection and have your items sent back to us.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
- Please contact us by e-mail email@example.com to receive RMA number.
- Please make sure to provide us with following information:
- Order number, items you want to return.
We will send you RMA number and DPD custom number within 24 hours for return. You will then receive an email including your returns instructions and details about the next steps to take.
To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.
We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you intend to do this.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your waku-organics.com account.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
